| QVA: not a car, not a bike, not public transport, not privately owned. |
![]() |
This hybrid vehicle makes most sense as part of a fleet – it is useful on its own but as a sustainability response its efficiency lies in quantity. The vehicles exist in a shared network that is available to cardholders. They are small, and fold up to fit in lifts or stack at the parking stations, for example at the university. This vehicle takes the most useful elements of riding a bike, and combines them with the advantages of a car. This project exists in the grey areas between public and private ownership. What types of journeys might the QVA be used for?
