A community upcycling education centre. humemade_hero

Hume Made is a service that will re-skill workers and unemployed persons to retain local employment within their own community. At Hume Made people are able to learn new skills or improve their existing skills, and apply them in a practical manner by creating and repairing things. Hume Made specialises up-cycling (creating new products through recycling) and uses a peer learning approach where members of the community learn from each other. Things made in the project are sold in the Hume Made shop which also showcases other innovations from Hume.
