An urban plan vision for EBD based on integrating water and water technology throughout the site. There are numerous interesting ideas including the bike highway underneath Citylink, visible water technology and water consumption meters. There are urban agriculture towers next to Citylink on the other side of Moonee Ponds Creek, and more detailed, user-focused approaches to the railway lines and station.
