A vacuum cleaner that uses no power. Is this possible? Static clean uses static energy to pull dirt and dust from the carpet, using a negatively charged roller. Appliances like vacuum cleaners spend most of their lives un-used, stored in cupboards. The static cleaner is different as it is designed to be a shared appliance. The unit recharges in a communal area of an apartment building.
