Transport & freight systems create satellite cities where once there were suburbs.

In the year 2032, the suburb of Rowville will be linked to Metro Melbourne via a heavy rail extension to Stud Park shopping centre.  The Satellite Tram can travel on both light and heavy-gauge rail networks, allowing commuters in the outer suburbs to move between these 'satellite cities' without travelling to the city centre.  The Satellite tram is also designed to carry freight during off-peak hours, supporting the existing manufacturing and construction industries of Rowville by transferring goods from the factories to the heavy-gauge railway system.
