Inspired by the importance of the Sunshine Harvester Works to the economic and social fabric of the area, this project aims to reinvigorate the identity of Sunshine by creating a new local industry hub. The Sunshine Centre for Recycling will act as a ‘sustainable supply network’ to recover local and regional material waste. The centre infrastructure includes spaces for TAFE, sports, small businesses and local community groups.
