hub
VEIL brings design and architecture staff from a network of universities together, to form the VEIL research and scenario Hub.

Supported by VEIL researchers and Victoria's leading sustainability experts, the Hub identifies new eco-innovation opportunities and creates design-led visions of more sustainable ways of life. Hub members develop scenarios into; design-briefs for students in their university schools, development projects perused through industry and research partnerships. The Hub adds to the conceptual market-place by developing 'seeding solutions', and glimpses of new ways of living.

We are sorry but the wiki is our collaborative knowledge centre our online meeting space. Access is restricted to Hub members and guests.

The portfolio of visions and propositions from the Hub are shared with design students from the participating universities through VEIL studios.

Set in 2032, the VEIL studios aim to encourage students to develop the creative thinking and skill set needed to propel eco-innovation and engage with the demands of climate change.

The designing and building of resilient systems will not be achieved by working in isolation but rather by teams of designers and specialists joining forces, sharing knowledge and surpassing boundaries.

This section of the website is our student forum a space where the students from VEIL studios can come together and share their work and ideas with each other. It is a cross domain, intra-university, and peer driven VEIL classroom.
